• One of the most eye-catching and rare muscle cars ever made is the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, a winged warrior that was designed to dominate NASCAR. Only about 503 units were ever produced and out of those, 92 are known to still exist today. This amazing 1:18 scale by Auto World proudly captures every detail of the real 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona that wowed the crowds at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in 2016 and 2017. This Daytona is painted in R4 Charger Red, a bright and bold color that contrasts with the rear white wing and stripe. It also boasts a rare R6 Red interior. This interior color was not recommended with this body color, so a special waiver was issued which is identified on the vin tag as V08. Under the hood is a (7.2-liter) 440 Magnum V8 engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission, which can produce a blast of 390 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque.
