This perfectly formed block contains a relic of Ayrton Senna’s original Formula One World Championship McLaren MP4/6 carbon fibre bodywork. Limited edition of just 100 pieces.

The McLaren MP4/6 took Senna to 7 Grand Prix race wins and his third and final Formula One Drivers World Championship. McLaren won the 1991 Constructors Championship, such was the dominance of the Senna, McLaren and Honda partnership.

Senna World Championship memorabilia is the most sought after and very rarely becomes available. This piece will make the ideal gift for any Formula One and Ayrton Senna memorabilia collectors.

Provenance – the bodywork was originally gifted to sculptor Jay Burridge in 1992 by owner, CEO, chairman and founder of McLaren Group, Ron Dennis. Burridge created a stunning display using an Airfix model kit sprue layout as inspiration. After the sculpture had been exhibited, it was dismantled and we were able to secure a small quantity of the original carbon fibre bodywork.
