If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion). All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt. We aim to have your order processed in 3 working days. Due to the volume of orders, it may take us 5 business days to produce and process your order. However, most of the times, it will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that sometimes, for domestic deliveries, it can take up to 5 business days, and for international deliveries, up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the tracking website after your order is shipped. Shipping to domestic locations will aim to be delivered within 3-7 business days after the processing time is complete if you choose swift shipping. And it will aim to be delivered within 2-5 business days after the processing time is complete if you choose priority shipping.

Shipping to international locations will aim to be delivered within 5-10 business days after the processing time is complete. Due to frequent carrier delays especially in the holidays, it may sometimes take up to 15 business days (For domestic orders) or 30 business days (For international orders) to be delivered.
