What are the conditions?
All sales are subject to the GPBox PCT Online Model Store conditions of sale. Merchandise exchanges or returns must be first authorized by our after sale service within 7 business days of receipt. Absolutely no merchandise will be exchanged or accepted back without a return authorization number, or after grace period. Store credit only will be given on returns.

What kind of information I should send to the after sales service?Please send your name, email, and order number when you contact the after sales service. If you can send pictures of the models problem for checking, that will help us to reply you faster.
What happens in case of quality problem? After checking the case, we will inform you what to do. We will replace defective models and original model must be sent back to our address (we will pay the shipping charge). If the problem is clearly identified, the process is very fast, from 1 day to 5 days.
