Description
This is possibly the ultimate wall clock, made from race used Force India F1 parts.
Unique 1 off design.
The outer part is a carbon fiber brake disc / rotor and the complex metal part is a titanium brake bell. The inner section has then had a piece of very high quality glossy carbon fibre mounted onto it, the clock mechanism has then been fitted to this. The numbers have been spray painted, using precision cut vinyl templates and then the entirre disc has been sealed with several layers of clear coat, I do this as the carbon discs are very dirty from dust generated under braking.
The parts are from a 2009 Force India car, which was driven by Adrian Sutil and Giancarlo Fisichella.
Measures approx 11" in diameter (27 cm)
You'll also receive an individually numbered certificate to go with the clock, this will explain what its made from and where it came from, great if you plan to give the clock away as a present!
Please note - I've made this clock from 'used' parts, so these parts will shown signs of actually having been used!
Fitted with a non-ticking sweep type mechanism and shipped in a custom made cardboard box.
