We know it is difficult to buy Artwork online, which is why our policy is, if you are not 100% satisfied upon receipt we will happily exchange or refund (not including shipping costs) provided the item is returned to us within 30 days from date of shipment. If you would like to return something please notify us BEFORE sending it back. Return the item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in including the protective tissues. Make sure you include a copy of the invoice with an explanation letting us know why you are not satisfied with the artwork. Please be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange or prefer a refund. All items that are returned should be insured to the full value of the package contents (including any shipping pre-paid by the customer).
