Shop Policies

Shipping policy

We try to ship within 3 to 5 working days on a Worldwide basis depending on size of order and packaging, particularly with original art sales.

Refund/Exchange policy

We will refund any product if the customer is not happy. With original or commissioned work a photograph of the original is always sent prior to shipping.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of any order must be within 24 hours of order bring placed.
